THE BRUJA STORY
As a longtime barista, I’ve always been passionate about coffee. But as I started learning about the entire production process, I felt something deeper. The moment I first held fresh, untouched beans and roasted them myself was a spiritual experience. I felt grounded and connected to the earth.
Like I was a small part of the journey of these seeds–to treat them kindly and pass them on. It was then that Bruja Coffee Lab was born with a mission to honor the entire process.
